Argh!! my little travel water heater died. I have only used it 4 times. I tried to contact Amazon about doing a return. But I have passed the date that I could do that. They gave me the link to contact the seller. Hopefully, I will get a refund. I am very disappointed. Luckily, there are plenty of ways to heat water at Jeanne's.
Jay made pancakes for us this morning for breakfast. Yummy. Topped with bananas and blueberries.
We went into town to do some dinking. Fun poking around in the various shops. Some stores are closed now for the winter.
Those were some tall sunflowers
Now there's is a necklace. Don't mess with me!!
This was a miniature model canoe - about a foot long.
Main Street. Almost like walking up State Street. ;-) NOT.

Jeanne took me to see where their new mailbox is located. It kept getting knocked over when it was beside the highway. This is a side road. It is not really the correct place for their box but the postal carrier okayed it, as long as it was the one on this end.
Great colors near the mailboxes.
We got home in time for lunch.
Jay said that the battery did charge so we could go out in the pontoon. It started right up. Unfortunately, it was a much chillier day today than it was yesterday.. But the colors were spectacular. We had a great time.
We had brought hot cider. I think that it should have had some fireball whisky in it. That would have helped to warm us up.
We got back and Jay had a neighbor, Kevin, come help him take the boat out of the water and load it on a trailer. It was time to store it for the winter. Kevin's wife, JoJo, dropped Kevin off and then gave Jeanne and me a ride home while he stayed to help Jay. Once he got it home we helped to put the cover back on. It is quote the job.
Once the boat was taken care of, Jay came in to cook the steaks. Jeanne did the baked potatoes and broccoli. It was a delicious meal.
We watched 3 episodes of Only Murders in the Building. That was fun. I will have to sign up for a free month trial of Hulu so that I can watch it.
