Our front door.
We headed out to go play pickleball at 8:30 am. Pam had reserved the court for 2 hours (8 to 10). We really only wanted it for 1 hour but we could only reserve on the hour. We left at 9:30 am so that we would have a chance to shower and change, before the next activity.
We all took turns playing. We found that whoever played on Pam's team won. Pam, Jamie, Nathan, Linda, and I had a great time. George watched.
We had heard about a harvest festival we thought would be fun. Sharon met us there with Ella & Nicole. It was not so impressive.
Inside the bouncy house
Nathan did the climbing wall. Linda and I would have done it but we both had sandals on. That was a no no.
Coming down.
Then it was lunch time. We went to Panera Bread. Some people went to Portos and then brought their food over to Panera. There was more room and no line at Panera. We headed back to Sharon & Michael's.
Flowering Jade plant
The front yard. They have a lemon, apple, avocado, and a plum tree out front, The avocado has been the least productive.
When Nicole was having a nap and Ella was having quiet time we walked back to the AirBnB.
Nicole's plate of paints on the left. Artworks seems to hold her interest for longer but Ella is more meticulous. 2nd grade and she is working on prime numbers. Nathan wanted to paint a Mandarin orange but no one else liked that idea. So he painted a picture instead.
Pam's artwork.
We had a 5:15 pm reservation at Cardamom Indian Cuisine for dinner. We walked to the restaurant. Linda couldn't join us. She was getting together with some high school friends.
Michael and Jamie.
What a feast
After dinner Nicole and Jamie had some ice cream. I was too full.
When we came back we played Oh Pshaw and then Jamie and Pam left. We played Hears with Sharon. I lost by a mile.
