It poured last night!  It was a little cloudy when we first got up but soon it cleared up.

Jay made individual omelets for each of us.

Stairs from the porch to get up to the deck where the ladder is.

Front, or maybe it is the back, of the house.  The bottom floor is garage and storage.  Next floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sitting area and the top floor is the master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, dining room and kitchen.  Plus the screened in deck where we ate last night.  

Once we all had breakfast we gathered to go to the beach.  There is a close access point but we decided to walk down to the park to get to that beach.

The kids started out not going into the water but it was not long before they all were in.

We set up a blanket and an umbrella.

They were drenched from head to toe when we left.

Besides looking for shells, we were looking for petrified sharks teeth.  Yes, they are black.

Heading home so now you can see the crows nest.

Erin made a delicious salad for lunch.  Then we relaxed.  Some people stayed longer looking for shells.  Then, when Jay got home, he had to clean and sort all of his cool shells. 

I starting fixing dinner.  I made the 2 mango pies, the tomato salad and the raita.  Started getting organized. Next came the butternut squash dish, the butter chicken curry and rice and naan.  Oh yes, also the mango lassi to begin with.  We ate around 6 pm.  "I tried to not take the kids comments personally - "oh yuck! Do I have to eat this."  The adults seem to like it all.

Bath time, then movie time.  We watched Mary Poppins Returns.

Mango pie came later and popcorn for those who did not want mango pie.
